He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Castillo; his children, Elizabeth Perez (Timothy), Daniel Castillo Jr., Tony Castillo (Kristy) and Julia Taylor (Lance); his grandchildren, Melissa, Yvonne, Cole and Morgan; and his siblings, Frank Castillo, Lupe Garcia and Toni Lozano. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Disabled American Veterans or The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, two causes that held a special place in Daniel's heart.
