He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kenton and Ina Pearl Boothe; his uncle John Brantner; his sister Janice Murray (Virgil Murray); his nephews, David Murray and Mark Murray; and his foster parents, John Brantner and Opal Brantner.
He is survived by: his wife Kelcy Ann Boothe; his children, Kent Boothe (Sharon) and Jana Ard; and his grandchildren, Krystal Carroll (Clint), Sierra Gerke (Ian), Jonathan Boothe (Nicole), Kevin Boothe (Ashley) and Rebecca Jones. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
