He was predeceased by: his father James Horace Eubank; his wife Lee Nell Eubank (Walker); his parent Johnye Merle Eubank (Smith); his grandparents, James Cullie, Etta Eubank (Myers), William Madison and Annie Berta Smith (Collier); and his sister Betty Jean Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Ronda Cowgill of Carrollton, D'Lynn Hale of Lubbock, Gina Shannon of Matador and Alan Eubank (Teresa) of McLean; his grandchildren, Walker (Kaylee), Kacey (Dustin), Alyson, Taryn (Greg), Taylor, Carson and Nellie Bly; his great grandchildren, Hallie, Peyton, Hunter and Maddox; and his caregiver Cathryn "Kitty" Rodriguez.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home (104 E Ave F, Muleshoe, TX 79347). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Meadow Cemetery.
