She was predeceased by: her sisters, Nikki, Tammy and Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Paul Konrad; her daughters, Amanda Konrad and Shelby Velazquez; her grandson Mateo; her sister Carey Milewski; and her mother Sue Loftus.
