He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmit Wickliffe and Annetta Wickliffe (Vessels). He is survived by: his sisters, Nita (Sammy Garcia) and Brenda (Ray Smith); and his nieces and nephews, Samuel, Loriana Garcia, Patrick, Katherine Garcia, Briana, Salvador Perez, April (Mark Stewart), Curtis Smith and Ray Smith, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family members, and friends.
