She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Gene (Cindy), John James (Janice), David Lee, Darrell Mark (Cheryl Klaus) and Ted Joseph (Olivia); her friend Theresa Whitehead; her grandchildren, Jason, Kristi Urban, Brittany, Doug Pharr, Kacey, Jonathan Tupa, Tate, Jenny Urban, Drew, Doug Callegari and Landon Urban; her great grandchildren, Presley Pharr, Maddox Pharr, Werd, Eletta Callegari, Braxton and Brooks Tupa; her siblings, Joann Gawlik and Larry Boyd; and her sister-in-law Mary Gwosdz.
