He is survived by: his son Jackson Cade Avary; his fiancée Tina Gale Lee of Buda; his mother Mary Van Der Loop of Flatonia; his stepfather William H. Bresett Jr. of Beulah; his brother David; his sister-in-law Maria Avary of Odessa, TX; his sister Rosellen Avary; Amanda Cranfill of Coahoma, Texas and Sebastian Sykes of Georgetown. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
