He was predeceased by: his significant other Thelma Mae Hogue; his daughter Holly Chilek; his great grandchild Eli Clement Chilek; his siblings, Sybil Varga and Kirby Hogue; and his parents, Willie P. Hogue and Nadine Slaughter Hogue.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Pryor (Kevin) of Flint and Kay Barclay (Mike) of Bridge City; his son-in-law Andy Chilek of New Harmony, Texas; his grandchildren, Jeremy Chilek (Jennifer), Jennifer Delage (Landon), Jake Chilek (Crystal), Matthew Barclay (Brooke), William Hogue (Beka), Rachel Buttram (Rex), Kimberly Newton (Dave) and David Chilek; and his siblings, Wanda Thornton and Michael Hogue (Carol). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
