He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Boothe Steen and Joy Coppedge Steen. He is survived by: his sister Karen; his cousins, Buddy and Coco; his wife Stella Steen; his children, Laura Steen Patterson (Stella), Lisa Steen Proctor and Billy Steen; his son-in-law Tom Patterson; his grandchildren, Sydney and Tommy; his son-in-law Jeff Proctor; his granddaughter-in-law Hannah; Ryan, Kristin Karam Steen, Jaden and Liam.
