We are sad to announce that, on May 16, 2026, at the age of 94, Emma Stricklan of Flower Mound, Texas, born in Meridian, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Emma leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Stricklan; her children, Jonathan Stricklan (Patty) and Jackie Pate (Rusty); her sister Elmira Thompson of Clinton Mississippi; and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Caleb and Jordan. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
