He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Mae Fritz Thompson and Jesse Thompson; and his siblings, Geneva Thompson Slatton, Opal Mae Thompson Richardson, Virgil, Lee and Bill Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Juliana Thompson of Flower Mound; his children, Marcus Thompson (Deana) of Utica, MI and Krystal Nelson (Gavin) of Oak Point; his stepchildren, Carlos Cherigo (Angela) of Anna, John Kirkpatrick (Sarah) of Prosper and Christina Giaimo (Nick) of Denton; and his grandchildren, Emily, Sarah, Kinley, Kamdyn, Matthew, Jarren, Nathan and Maverick. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
