He is survived by: his wife Maura Gast; his siblings-in-law, Jane Allen and Stephen Church; his niece Ame Church; his nephew Andrew Church (Tatiana Delledera Church); his great-niece Aurelia Helledora; his great-nephew Trajan Aristarchus; his nephew Nathan Church (Ashley Church); his great-nephew Gunner Allan; and his great-niece Lainey Rae.
