She is survived by: her sons, James Evan Simmons (Monica) of Lake Whitney, Texas, John Mark Simmons (Debbie) of Northlake, Texas and Jeremy Lane Simmons of Leesburg, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas Simmons, Brooke, Davis, Reese Simmons, Colton and Carson Egan; and her great grandchild Sawyer.
