She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesus Reyes and Guadalupe Reyes (Noriega); her son Salvador Cavazos, Jr.; and her brothers, Jimmy Reyes, Reynaldo Reyes, Joe Reyes and Alveristo Reyes.

She is survived by : her children, Andrew Tyson Cavazos of Floydada and Crystal Lynn Medellin of Brownfield; and her grandchildren, Karah Lianne Cavazos of Floydada, Nori Alyna Medellin of Floydada and Elyanna Hailey Medellin of Floydada. She is also survived by three brothers, two sisters and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moore-Rose Funeral Home of Floydada Thursday (329 W California St, Floydada, TX 79235). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Floyd County Memorial Park.
