She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvira Rodriquez (Loera) and Roberto Castillo Rodriquez; her sibling Moraima Ybarra; her grandson Elijah Lopez; her sisters, Anna and Irene; and her nephew Arturo Rivera Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Maldonado (David Ramos) of Floydada, Abelina Vasquez (Frank Ascencio) of Lockney and Abel Xavier Vasquez (Sonya Guzman) of Plainview; her brothers, Juan Rodriguez (Melva) of Floydada, Robert Rodriguez Jr. of Floydada and Francisco Rodriguez; her grandchildren, Alazai Vasquez, Jasiah Vasquez, Nicholas Vasquez, Jeremiah Vasquez, Lourie Garcia, Evan Ybarra, Eduardo Lopez, Iris Vasquez, Abby Herrera and Guadalupe Maldonado Jr.; and her nieces, Lacie, Caroline, Jennifer, Lisa, Tina and Janelle. She is also survived by three great granddaughters, two great grandsons.
