With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Childs of Floydada, Texas, born in Estancia, New Mexico, who passed away on November 28, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, JT and Opal; and her siblings, Bobby, Gladys, Lloyd and Truman.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn Stepneck, Sandy Quintero and Steven Childs; her grandchildren, Brandy Zamora (Zach), Nicole Quintero, Jason Stepneck, Bryan Childs, Brandon Childs and Brayden Childs; and her siblings, Wanda Strange, Joyce Hart, Raymond Poole (Mary) and Jimmy Poole (Jackie). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
