He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Tyson Stovall and Richard Franklin Stovall of Plainview; his wife Darlean Stovall; and his brothers, Richard Franklin Stovall of Kerrville and Van Clifton Stovall of Montgomery, Texas..
He is survived by: his sons, Ty Stovall (Tiffany Nell) and Grant Stovall (Denise Stovall); and his grandchildren, Zac, Shaylee, Kassidee and Kooper.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moore-Rose Funeral Home (329 W California St, Floydada, TX 79235). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Floydada Methodist Church (203 W Kentucky St, Floydada, TX 79235).
