He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Cervera Rios and Julia Lira of Cervera; his siblings, Dolores Gonzalez, Herminia Cervera and Jose Cervera; his son Victor Cervera; and his granddaughter Angelita Paz Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Cervera; his children, Julio, Daniel Cervera and Yolanda Garcia (Efren); and his brothers, Jesus Cervera, Manuel Cervera, Roberto Cervera, Espiridion Cervera, Hector Cervera and Luis Cervera. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore-Rose Funeral Home of Floydada Sunday (329 W California St, Floydada, TX 79235). A rosary was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church (309 S Wall St, Floydada, TX 79235).
