He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Guadalupe Marmolejo. He is survived by: his wife Maria Deltoro; his daughters, Leslie, Rosemary Deltoro of Edinburg and Esmeralda Martinez; his sons-in-law, Naaman Martinez (Suelem Bertram) of Carlsbad, NM, Ed Bertram of Forney, Marivel and Noelia Saldana of Floydada; and his sons, Victor Deltoro IV of Edinburg, Carlos Ramos of Wichita, Jorge Saldana of Floydada, Eladio and Daniel Saldana of Lubbock, Texas.. He is also survived by eight loving sisters, three brothers, multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
