He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rowell of Silverton; his children, Donna Cleveland (Delton) of Granbury, Connie Simpson (Mitchell) of Silverton and Will Rowell (Maryann) of Silverton; his grandchildren, Kelcy Balch (Brady), Haylee Seymour (Charlie), Matthew Maciel (Kelby), Mollie Ghervas (Catalin), Elena, Luke and Ella Rowell; his great grandchildren, Brenlynn and Blakely Balch; and his sister Vaughnell Brannon (Joe) of Silverton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
