Hess (Mixie); his niece Tonia Moseley (family: Nicki Moseley, Bryan, Dee Moseley); and his siblings-in-law, Vickie A. Haverkamp (Steve), Sonny Barnes (Denise) and Marc Barnes.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Prairie Point Church of the Nazarene, Forestburg VFD, Muenster VFD, Saint Jo VFD; or Home Hospice of Cooke County.
