He is survived by: his wife Gayla Qualls; his sons, Yancy Scott Qualls and Clint Warren Qualls; his grandchildren, Nick Qualls, Abbie Qualls and Sarah Qualls; and his brother Rodney Vance Qualls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
