He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Lacy and Margaret L. Lacy; his brother Robert Lacy; and his children, Emily A. Lacy, David A. Lacy Jr. and Rebecca L. Lacy.
He is survived by: his wife Alice M. Lacy; his children, Elizabeth A. Stark (James M. Stark) and Eric B. Watson; his brother Jay E. Lacy (Lori Lacy); and his grandchildren, Shauna N. Wynn (Kevin O. Wynn) and James P. Stark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1003 College St, Forney, TX 75126).
