He was predeceased by: his sister Peggy Ford. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kick; his sons, Heath, Cody, Kasey Kick of Pocahontas and Kyle Messimer of Commerce, Texas.; his siblings, Jack Kick (Carol) of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Danny Kick (Donna) of Eldorado, Arkansas, Pat Jones of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Nancy Smith (Al) of Collierville, Tennessee and Donna Hicks (Mike) of Jonesboro, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, Dylan Kick, Kami Kick of Pocahontas, Hunter Messimer of Forney, Cheyenne and Tyler Messimer of Commerce, Texas..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Church (417 Pinson Rd, Forney, TX 75126). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at the Hillcrest Cemetery.
