She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Ragsdale and Laura Ragsdale; her son Tommy Marshburn; her son-in-law David Yandell; her husband Mickey Marshburn; her daughter Joanne Yandell of Forney; her grandchildren, Sherri Ansley (Randy), Lisa Couch (Bruce), Larry Marshburn, Tracy Holcomb and Stephanie Harper; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Couch (Jennifer), Paige Hurley (Clint), Jason Ansley (Melissa) and Kelli Ortman (Dustin).

After high school, she married the love of her life, Mickey Marshburn and together they raised their wonderful family with an unshakable foundation of faith and love until his passing in 1995.
