He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Bosie Boswell, Robert J. Dobbs and Addie Lee Dobbs; his close friend Maggie; his daughter Jayci Marie Dobbs; his parents, Becky McConnell (Jim) and Robert E. Dobbs (Becky); his siblings, Jeff Dobbs (Brandy), Megan Meeks (Landry), Molly Pope (Josh) and Melissa Bereuter (Cliff); his grandmothers, Jackie Boswell and Rena McConnell; his nephew Jacob Dobbs; his nieces, Emily Dobbs, Mara and Georgia Pope; his aunts and uncles, Linda Acker (Glenn), Joe Boswell (Dawn) and Randel Dobbs (Janna); and his cousins, Wes, Nick, Justin Acker, Matt, Mark, Nicole Boswell, Sarah Campbell and Andy Dobbs.

Rusty asked for donations of these items from everyone he knew, and some he didn't know, and then he and Jayci, and whoever they could round up, personally delivered these items directly into the hands of those in need.
