He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Coker (Vogel) and William Wayne Coker; his father-in-law Charles Luke; and his brothers-in-law, Tommy Duncan and Randy Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Coker; his daughter Amber Seastrunk (Jon); his grandsons, Jacob, Caleb and Gabriel Seastrunk; and his siblings, Tammy Thomas, Sharon Johnson, Cindy Duncan and David Coker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and more friends.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Alan's name, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
