He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Crawford (Tommy), Robert Witten, Kim Self (Clay) and Terri Witten Reaves (David); his grandchildren, Paisley Witten, Chris Kowalski (Jamie), Payton Fox (Daniel), Kyla Self, Keely Self, Ryan Witten (Kelly), Cole Reaves, Morgan Reaves Wallace (Tanner Wallace) and Lauren Reaves (Michael Biron); his brothers, Tommy Witten (Becky) and Danny Witten; and his siblings' children, Chad Witten (Jennifer) and Tammy Kuhlman (Matt). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
