He was predeceased by: his father Lester Claunch; his wife Nancy "Jody" Claunch; his mother Viola Miller-Beesley; his former wife Ann Jaget; his daughter Linda Plaga; his stepson Brian Kloberdanz; his brothers, Herman, Ronald and Donald Beesley; and his great grandchild Braxton Dennis.
He is survived by: his children, Dickie (Suann Claunch) and Debra Ferguson; his stepsons, Steven Kloberdanz, Craig (Ana Kloberdanz) and Keith (Katy Kloberdanz); his grandchildren, Jason (Shelly Claunch), Leanne (Matt), Christopher Dennis, Amanda (Howard Hinckley), Ashley (Robert Roper), Ryan Kloberdanz, Daniel and Melanie Herrera; and his great grandchildren, Raspberry, Grin, Landon, Katelynn, Anna, Faith, Shelby, Gracie, Elizabeth, Matthew, Alexis and Nathaniel.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Independence Chapel at Greenwood Mausoleum (3210 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). An entombment will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
