He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Annie Pointejour, Elmer G. Smith, Sr. and Joyce Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Elmer G. Smith, Jr. and Ingrid Smith; his sister Brittany Davoodi (Aara Davoodi) of Aubrey; his nieces and nephews, Zayn and Kian; his brother Harrison M. Smith; his children, Jeremiah, Selah and Aliyah; his sister Samantha Bretous of New York; and his grandfather Jean R. Pointejour. He is also survived by extended family members, dear friends, fraternity brothers, former teammates, classmates.
