She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hoesly and Esther Hoesly; her husband Richard Hackbarth; and her siblings, Don Hoesly and Jackie Campanile.
She is survived by: her daughters, Heidi Warren, Kristin Boyles and Kim Riddle. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
