It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Parker Turner of Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on November 19, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Barbara is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jap Woodrow Parker and Mary Belle Dunn; and her siblings, Johnny Ray Parker, Alfred Gordon Parker and Mary Elizabeth Wolf.
She is survived by: her half-sister Mattie Pearl; her sister-in-law Judy Parker; her daughters, Lisa Partesius and Cummins; and her sons-in-law, John Partesius and Mike Cummins. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; and her eight great grandchildren, her nieces, and her nephews.
