She was predeceased by: her parents, James Patterson and Edna Patterson; her husband Tom Pezanosky, Sr.; and her siblings, James, Joe Patterson, Mary Henson and Zella Faye Jedlicka.
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Pam Pezanosky), Cathy (Tom Ono) and Steve Pezanosky (Christy Jack); her grandchildren, Karl (Jordain Ono), Clayton (Morgan Ono), Thomas (Jillian Pezanosky), Meredith Pezanosky and Christopher Pezanosky (Jack Pezanosky); her great grandchild Oliver Ono; and her siblings, Willa Pruitt and Bill Patterson.
Beth devoted herself to caring for Pez in his later years as he struggled with a failing heart and Parkinson's disease – all while dealing with her own medical issues.
