She was predeceased by: her mother Celesta Schaal; her siblings, John Schaal and Pat Taylor; her daughter Jennifer Rae Evans; her parents-in-law, Gearld Ferris and Carol Ferris; and her grandmother Mable Ferris.

She is survived by: her husband Gearld Ray Ferris; her daughter Julia Ferris; her grandchildren, Marcus Ramos, Julian Ramos, Emery Genzel, Nathan Santos, Johnny Santos and Malichi Carter; and her in-laws, Teresa Hogue (Curtis), Wesley Ferris (Susan), Lee Ferris (Cindy), Sara Jones (Richard) and Tim Ferris (Linda). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (3344 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Church (4740 Western Center Blvd, Haltom City, TX 76117).
