He is survived by: his wife Betty Tullos; his children, Billy Tullos, Jr., Liz, Keith Copeman and Rebecca Hartmann; his grandchildren, Lori, Travis Prater, James Tullos, Kelly Tullos, Nicole, Adam Maynard, Jason, Kristi Copeman, Dustin, Christa Copeman, Matthew, Leslie Hartman, Amber, Ryan Lee and Finn Grimes; and his great grandchildren, Aubry Prater, Asher Prater, Evelyn Maynard, Wesson Maynard, Zanna Maynard, Cavin Copeman and Kellan Copeman.
