Though Blanch may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia VanSickle and Herb Allison; and her son Jack Calvin West. She is survived by: her siblings, Wanda Allison, Bertha Mae Allison, James Allison and Wilson Allison; her husband Richard Lee Williams; her daughter-in-law Sharon West; and her grandchildren, Nick West (DeAnna Zelle) and Kelli Oates (Matt Oates). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
