She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Mahue Frier and Evelyn Ernestine DeLoach Frier; and her siblings, Dessie Newman and Roy Mahue Frier, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David "Danny" B. Grubbs, Jr.; her daughters, Dana Beene (Lane) of Crowley, TX, Eve Campbell (Rick) of Colorado Springs, CO and Corrie Grubbs of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Wyatt Beene, Colin Campbell, Olivia Beene and Cate Campbell; her nieces and nephews, Richard "Ricky" Newman, Briggs Ahearn, Caroline "Cissy" Stallings, Noel Rinehart and Stephanie Grubbs; and her siblings-in-law, Rita Ahearn, G. Robert Newman and Steven R. Grubbs.
