He was predeceased by: his significant other Pat. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Eatherly (Trionne Barnett) of Greenville, SC, Paige Killian (Kendall) of Fort Worth, TX and Tricia Davis (Gideon) of Ventura, CA.; his grandchildren, Morgan, Truett, Levi and Ezra; and his sister Kathie Krejci of Idaho.
