He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Duarte and Betty Duarte; and his sister Gloria Jean Gonzalez. He is survived by : his wife Irene Dominguez Duarte; and his brother Frank Duarte Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

A burial was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111).
