He was predeceased by : his parents, Dorothy Evelyn Rollins and Arthur Hill Higbee. He is survived by : his daughter Cie Gee (Ronnie) of San Antonio; his grandsons, Noah and Sam; and his brothers, Jim Higbee of Fort Worth and Phillip Higbee of Benbrook.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Stephen Presbyterian Church (2700 McPherson Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76109).
