He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his son Del Wester; his grandchildren, Brittany Travis, James Wester and Elizabeth Wester; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Travis and McKenzie Travis; his grandson-in-law Jason Travis; and his sister-in-law Loreta Wester (Morris).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Matthew's Lutheran Church (5709 Wedgwood Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76133). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Laurel Land Memorial Park - Fw (7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76134).
