She was predeceased by: her parents, Walton L. Forbes Jr. and Mona K. Forbes of Fort Worth; and her brother Harry Davis (Carol) of Pennsylvania. She is survived by: her brother David Forbes (Sandra); her nephew Chris Forbes (Rosana); her niece Ginny Diaz (Michael); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alyssa Diaz, Katherine Diaz, Brayden Diaz, Olivia Forbes, Max Forbes, Mark Davis (Jan) and Suzanne Willoughby (Steve); and her close friends, David Phillips and Jeff Morris. She is also survived by the extended Phillips and Spakes families.
