She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberta Hillery and Hoyce "Pop" Homer Carson. She is survived by: her husband Richard Earl Pruitt; her son Ronald Earl Pruitt (Sonica); her stepson Richard Pruitt Jr.; her grandchildren, Laney Chiles Pruitt, Richard Grason Pruitt and Brayden Hensley Pruitt; her nieces and nephews, Connie Blanco, Martha Brown, Jo Nell Johnson, Vicki Hughes, Maxie McFadin, Joe Bob Meadows and Don David Carson; and her cousin Bob Hillery. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Donna's memory to an organization supporting research toward a cure for Dementia.
