He is survived by: his wife Crystal Ferguson; his children, Jorden Ferguson, Chantel Griggs, Tristian Hampton, Tracey Thornton-Griggs and Kalissa Knight; his grandchildren, Dallas Jieshen Thornton and Zhia Barrett; his siblings, Tamika Neely and Roosevelt Ferguson; his siblings-in-law, Bruce Thornton (Janet) and Charlotte Thornton (Denise Thornton); and his close friend Phillis Dawn Harvey. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
