He is survived by: his wife Socorro Rodriguez; his children, Phillip Rodriguez (Melba), Diana Kaley, Anna Galmiche (Sergio) and Melissa Lawler (Jace); his grandchildren, Eddie Stivers (Melissa), Jared Kaley, Natalie Baires (Oscar), Veronica Owens (Jeff), Nicholas Rodriguez (Elsa), Lukas Rodriguez, Ernest Rodriguez III, Sophia Galmiche, Lilliana Galmiche, Gabriel Herrington and Elisandra Lawler; and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Jackson, Audrey, Cecilia, Juliana, Wade, Jonathan and Xyla.
