He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Ojeda Sr. and Concepcion Flores Ojeda; his wife Ramona Gamez Ojeda; and his children, Gene Ojeda, Joe Manuel Ojeda Sr., Jane Amador, Freddie Ojeda, Richard Ojeda, Paul Danny Ojeda, Mary Gonzalez, Carmen Long and Alfredo Contreras.

He is survived by: his children, Cosme Ojeda, Henry Ojeda, Ortencia Contreras, Clara Pena, Sulemas Venegas, Rosie Mejía, Ramona Valdez and Dolores Maldonado; Louis Ojeda, Luz Rodriguez, Emily Mandela, Lydia Silva (Raymond), Josie Perry (Joel) and Eva Rios. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
