He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira L. Clark and Emma Kissner Clark; his wife Faye Clark; and his siblings, Glenn Clark, Charles Clark and Roberta Hopp.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Smith; his grandsons, Chris Smith and Kevin Smith; his great grandchildren, Aislinn Smith, Ayden Smith and Mariah Smith; and his great great grandchild Wylder Colwell.
