Willoughby (Fort Worth, Texas), born in Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Adeline and Francis Ovid; and his brother Leland. He is survived by : his wife Paulette Willoughby; his daughter Sandra Groom; his siblings, Carl, Sue and Carol; and his grandchildren, Dakota, Doug Little, Drew Thomas and Amy Frye. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
