He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hames and Reva Hames. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Cooper; his children, Gary Hames (Dorothy), Lori Heikkinen (Bruce) and Holly Crow (Travis); his grandchildren, Brian Bullard (Kellie), Dustin Bullard, Nick Hames (Alaina), Lauren Lansing (Allen), Braden Crow (Victoria), Katie Heikkinen and Cara-Lee Crow; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Emily Bullard, Remington, Ryland Hames and Caroline Crow; and his brothers, Raymond Hames and Michael Hames (Kay).
As an alternate choice of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Cook Children's Hospital.
