He is survived by: his children, Brian Bader, Kimberly Bader and Paige Taft (Bobby Taft); his grandchildren, Brad Bader, Alexis Bader, Noewell Taft, Jerry Taft, Addyson Taft, Solara Taft and Orion Taft; and also Maddox Taft.
The family request that memorials be given to St. John's Anglican Church, Fort Worth in lieu of flowers or plants.
